Adobe Photoshop is the industry-standard software for editing photos and creating raster graphics. Photographers, graphic designers, social media teams, printing presses, architects and interior designers all use it to retouch images, combine pictures, design posters and prepare visuals for print and the web.
This 60-hour Photoshop course takes you from the workspace and basic tools to professional editing. You learn selections, layers, masks, adjustment layers, colour correction, retouching with healing and clone tools, typography, layer styles, smart objects and filters, and how to save files correctly for print and online use. Every class is hands-on, with practice exercises and small design projects, and you can study in the classroom at CADD centres or in live online classes.
Photoshop is a useful skill for roles such as photo editor, graphic designer and DTP operator, and it adds value to architecture and interior presentations. After this course, many students continue with Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW for vector design.
