Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about admission, fees, classes, exams, certificates, placements and franchise.

What is CADD Training Centre?
CADD Training Centre is a professional training institute for CAD, BIM, design, engineering and IT software. Training is given at our own centre, at our authorised franchise centres and in live online batches.
Which courses can I join?
All our training fields, courses, durations and the software covered are listed on the Courses page of www.caddtc.com. Our counsellor will help you choose the right course for your qualification and career goal.
How do I take admission?
Fill the enquiry form on the website or visit the centre. Admission is confirmed only after the registration form is complete and the registration fee is paid. You then get your registration number and student login.
Which documents do I need for admission?
A recent passport-size photo, a valid photo ID, your date of birth proof and your last qualification. All details must be correct -- your certificate is printed from the details given at admission.
Can I learn online?
Yes. Live online batches are taught by our instructors at fixed timings. The batch page shows the course, dates, timing and fee. Recordings, where given, are for your own study only and must not be shared.
What are the class timings?
Classes run Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM in fixed batches. Your batch time is given at admission; a change of batch depends on seat availability.
How can I pay the fee? Can I pay in instalments?
You can pay at the centre or online. Instalments are allowed only where agreed at admission and must be paid by their due dates. Classes, exams and certificates can be put on hold while any fee is due.
Will I get a receipt for every payment?
Yes. Every payment gets a receipt with a receipt number. Keep it safe. If any detail on a receipt is wrong, raise a correction request from your login or at the centre within 7 days.
Is the fee refundable?
Fees once paid are not refundable after admission is confirmed, except in the cases written in our Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy (for example, if we cancel a batch before it starts).
Can I transfer my admission to another person, course or centre?
Admission cannot be transferred to another person. A change of course, batch or centre is allowed only with the company's approval and on payment of any difference in fee and the transfer charge.
What happens if I miss classes?
Missed classes are not repeated as a right. Extra or backup classes may be given at the centre's discretion. Regular attendance is needed to finish the course within its duration.
Is there a time limit to complete my course?
Yes. You must complete the course within its duration plus a grace period of 3 months. After that the admission lapses and re-joining needs a fresh fee.
Do I need my own laptop or software licence?
Lab systems are given during class at the centre. For practice at home or online classes you need your own computer and a valid licence (student, trial or paid) of the software. We do not supply software licences.
How does the exam work?
After the course you take the exam. One paid exam fee gives 2 attempts and includes the exam certificate, marksheet and the certified badge on passing. After 2 attempts without passing, the exam fee is paid again for 2 more attempts.
When will I get my certificate?
After you complete the course, pass the exam, clear all dues and add your profile photo. The certificate is then issued in your student login and can be verified online.
Is the digital certificate or badge free?
The exam certificate, marksheet and certified badge come with the exam fee. To view or download the course completion certificate (online or offline) and the course completion badge, the charge shown in your student login is paid there.
My certificate shows "on hold". Why?
A certificate stays on hold until your profile photo is added and all dues are cleared. Add the photo from your student login (or at the centre) and the certificate opens.
How can someone verify my certificate?
Anyone can scan the QR code on the certificate, or open the Verify Certificate page on www.caddtc.com and enter the registration / certificate number with the date of birth. Only certificates issued by us verify there.
I have an old certificate. Is it still valid?
Yes. Old certificates issued by us stay verifiable on the same Verify page, and their old QR links open the verify page too. Log in to download the certificate in the new design.
There is a mistake in my name or date of birth. What do I do?
Raise a correction request with a valid ID proof. A mistake made by us is corrected free. A change in details given by you at admission is made after verification and may carry a correction charge.
Is your certificate a government or university degree?
No. Ours is a professional skill-training certificate issued by CADD Training Centre. It is not a degree or diploma of any university or board. Vendor certificates (e.g. Autodesk) are given only through their own exams.
Do you guarantee a job?
We give placement assistance -- interview preparation, job leads and the Hire Me profile for employers. A job depends on your skills, results and the employer's decision, so no job or salary is guaranteed.
I studied at a franchise centre. Who is responsible for what?
The franchise centre is responsible for admission, classes and the fees it collects. CADD Training Centre sets the course, conducts the exam and issues and verifies the certificate.
How can I open a franchise centre?
Open the Start a Franchise page on the website and send the form. Our team checks the location and facilities. A centre starts only after the agreement is signed and the franchise fee is paid.
I forgot my login password.
Use Forgot password on the login page, or ask your centre to reset it. Never share your login -- you are responsible for everything done from your account.
How do I contact you or raise a complaint?
Call +91 72339 65354 or e-mail info@caddtc.com (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM). Write your registration number. A complaint is acknowledged within 2 working days.
