These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern admission to and use of every course, class, exam, certificate, website, student login, mobile app and other service ("Services") of CADD Training Centre, N 8/252-D3, Newada, DLW-Sunderpur Road, Near Rajendra Vihar Colony, Varanasi – 221005 ("Company", "we", "us"), whether given at our own centre, at an authorised franchise centre or online. By registering, paying any fee or using the Services you ("Student", "User", "you") accept these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy, Service Level Agreement and Nominee Policy, which form one agreement. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older. A person below 18 may join only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on the student's behalf and is responsible for the fees and the student's conduct.
2. Admission and registration
- Admission is confirmed only when the registration form is complete, documents are given and the registration fee is paid.
- You must give true, complete details. The certificate is printed from the details given at admission.
- We may refuse or cancel any admission, without refund, if details or documents are false or if a Student breaks these Terms.
- Admission is personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person.
3. Fees and payment
- The course fee, registration fee, exam fee and other charges are those shown at admission, on the receipt or in the student login. Taxes (such as GST) are extra where applicable.
- Instalments are allowed only as agreed at admission and must be paid by their due dates. A late fee may be charged. Classes, online access, exams, results and certificates may be withheld while any amount is due.
- Only a receipt issued through our system is valid proof of payment. Do not pay any person in cash without a receipt.
- Fees paid at a franchise centre are collected by that centre. The Company is responsible only for amounts actually received by it.
- Refunds are governed only by our Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy.
- We may revise fees and charges at any time; a revision does not change a fee already agreed for a confirmed admission.
4. Courses and classes
- We may change the syllabus, software version, faculty, batch timing, mode (classroom or online), or merge batches, to keep the training current or for operational reasons, without any claim for compensation.
- Missed classes are not repeated as a right. Backup classes, if any, are at our discretion.
- A course must be completed within its duration plus a grace period of 3 months; after that the admission lapses without refund.
- Students use their own legally licensed software for practice outside the lab. We do not supply software licences.
5. Exams, certificates and badges
- A certificate is issued only after the course is completed, the exam (where applicable) is passed, all dues are cleared and a profile photo is added.
- One paid exam fee gives 2 attempts and includes the exam certificate, marksheet and certified badge on passing. Further attempts need a fresh exam fee.
- Viewing / downloading the digital course completion certificate and the course completion badge, printed copies, duplicates, corrections and courier are chargeable as shown in the student login or at the centre.
- A certificate issued by us is a professional skill-training certificate. It is not a degree, diploma or qualification of any university, board or government body. Vendor certifications (e.g. Autodesk, Certiport) are subject to the vendor's own exams, fees and rules.
- We may withhold, cancel or revoke a certificate, result or badge obtained through false information, unfair means, impersonation or non-payment, and show it as cancelled on the verification page.
- Certificates can be verified online through the QR code and the Verify page of www.caddtc.com.
6. Accounts and online services
- Your login is personal. Keep the password secret; you are responsible for all activity from your account.
- Online classes, videos, notes, books, tests and software provided are licensed to you only for your own learning during the course. Recording, copying, sharing, selling or uploading them anywhere is prohibited.
- Online services are given on an "as available" basis. Interruptions due to maintenance, internet, power or third-party services do not entitle you to a refund.
7. Intellectual property
All course content, books, videos, tests, designs, logos, the names "CADD Training Centre" and the website and its software belong to the Company or its licensors. Software names and logos (such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, SolidWorks, STAAD) are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe the training. Work you create in class may be shown by us, with your name, on our website and social media for promotion, unless you ask us in writing not to.
8. Placement assistance
Placement support, job leads, the Hire Me profile and interview preparation are assistance only. We do not guarantee any job, salary, internship or result. Any employment is a matter between you and the employer.
9. Conduct
Students must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and the centre's rules. We may warn, suspend or expel a Student, and stop online access, without refund, for misconduct, unfair means, damage to property, harassment or misuse of the Services.
10. Franchise centres
Franchise centres are independent businesses authorised to use our name and courses under a separate agreement. They are responsible for their premises, staff, teaching, the fees they collect and their own promises. The Company is not liable for any act, statement or default of a franchise centre beyond issuing and verifying certificates for students duly registered and paid for in our system.
11. Communication
By registering you agree to receive calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages and e-mails from us and your centre about your course, fees, exams, certificates, placements and offers. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time; service messages will continue while you are a student.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of income, opportunity or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the fees actually received by the Company for that course from you.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the Company against any loss, claim or cost arising from false information given by you, your breach of these Terms or the misuse of the Services or content.
14. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government orders, strikes, power or internet failures. Classes may then be moved online or rescheduled.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms at any time by publishing the new version on www.caddtc.com. The version in force on the date of use applies. Continued use of the Services means acceptance of the changed Terms.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be raised with us in writing for an amicable settlement within 30 days. Subject to that, the courts at Varanasi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
