This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses the classes, website, student login, online classes, forum, showcase, jobs board, chat and other services of CADD Training Centre. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. You must not
- share your login, password or online class link with anyone, or let anyone attend or take an exam in your place;
- record, download, screen-capture, copy, re-upload, sell or share our videos, live classes, notes, books, tests or software, in any form;
- use unfair means in an exam – copying, help from another person, notes, phones, AI or other tools not allowed by the exam rules;
- upload or post anything false, obscene, abusive, defamatory, hateful, illegal or that infringes another person's rights, including work copied from others and shown as your own;
- harass, threaten or misbehave with any student, faculty, staff or visitor, online or at the centre;
- post fake reviews, fake job posts or misleading information, or impersonate the Company, a centre or a person;
- try to hack, overload, scrape or test the security of the website or apps, or use bots or automated tools on them;
- use pirated or cracked software on our systems, or install anything on lab computers without permission;
- use the Company's name, logo, certificates or course material for any business without written permission;
- damage the furniture, computers or other property of the centre.
2. Franchise centres and employers
Franchise centres must use the name, logo, courses, fees and certificates only as allowed in their agreement and must not register a student, issue a receipt or promise anything outside the system. Employers using Hire Me or the jobs board must post only genuine openings and use student data only for recruitment.
3. What we may do
If this Policy is broken we may, without notice and without refund: remove the content; give a warning; cancel an exam result; suspend or close the login; expel the student; withhold or revoke a certificate; end a franchise or employer account; recover the cost of any damage; and report the matter to the police or other authorities. Our decision on a breach is final, subject to the law.
4. Reporting misuse
Report misuse to info@caddtc.com or +91 72339 65354. We may monitor classes, chats, forum posts and system use to enforce this Policy.
