B Level is NIELIT's professional programme in computer applications, placed at the level of a master's in computer applications (MCA). It is the step after A Level and is meant for learners who want deep, job-ready knowledge of software development and computer systems through a structured, exam-based route.
This three-year course prepares you for the NIELIT B Level programme. It covers the A Level foundation for students who need it and then moves to advanced subjects: programming in C, C++ and Java, design and analysis of algorithms, database management, operating systems, computer networks, software engineering and project management, web and mobile application development, theory of computation, and electives such as data science, artificial intelligence and cloud computing. A major software project runs through the final stage. Classes are held in the classroom at CADD centres and as live online sessions, with regular labs and mock exams.
B Level prepares you for software developer, systems analyst and IT lecturer roles. Please check the current NIELIT admission and exam schedule with the counsellor before you enrol.
Students rate the course after they finish it — their ratings appear here.
