Tally GST Pro focuses on handling Goods and Services Tax in TallyPrime, the accounting software used by a large share of Indian traders, manufacturers, service firms and accounting practices. Every GST-registered business must charge the correct tax, claim input tax credit and file returns on time, so accountants who can manage GST accurately inside Tally are in steady demand.
This 30-hour professional course is meant for learners who already know basic Tally. It opens with GST fundamentals: CGST, SGST, UTGST, IGST and cess, place and time of supply, registration and the regular and composition schemes. You then enable GST in TallyPrime, set up tax ledgers, HSN/SAC codes and rates, and record intrastate and interstate sales, purchases, returns, exports and nil-rated supplies. Special cases such as reverse charge, advance receipts, unregistered purchases and ITC reversal follow. You also generate e-way bill details and e-invoices with IRN and QR code, prepare GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, and reconcile purchases with GSTR-2A/2B. A month of transactions for a trading firm forms the closing project. Training runs in CADD classrooms and live online.
The course supports roles such as GST accountant, tax assistant and accounts executive, and helps business owners manage their own GST work.
